Whenever I try to open up a new IE window, my computer closes the first IE
window. I cannot have two windows up at a time. Why is this and how can I fix
it.
 
Have you tried this?
Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"
