Internet explorer

I don't have an internet explorer icon on my desk top. I've always used AOL
but now I'm trying to connect with cable. I get a connection but I need to
browse with internet explorer and its not on the desk top or in my program
files. The lap top is a year and a half old. Isn't internet explorer
pre-installed? How do I turn it on?

Hi Bobby,

IE is integrated into the operating system.

To put an IE icon on the desktop follow these steps.
Right click on the desktop an select properties - desktop tab -
customize desktop and put a check next to Internet Explorer. Click OK
twice.
