Windows Explorer

I had dragged the Windows Explorer to my desk top by mistake and then
mistakenly deleted it from my desk top. How can I get Windows Explorer back?
Everything esle is working great but I just don't have access to Windows
Explorer any longer, what can I do to get it back operationally?

Cotrol Panel>Add/Remove Programs/Add/Remove Windows Components
