You must have "real problems" if you're using AOHELL by choice. Personally,
I'd sooner be tied to a torture rack whilst having sulphuric acid poured
into my eyes, my teeth pulled without anaesthetic and an eagle ripping out
my vital organs, whilst being forced to listen to Westlife's Greatest Hits
(not that they had any) but each to their own...

Firstly, this isn't Microsoft - it's a peer-to-peer support group. Secondly,
if it /was/ MS, which it isn't, you would be referred back to AOHELL as the
version of IE they provide has been customised by them to work exclusively
with their software. Consequently, MS consider it to be OEM and all support
must be provided by AOHELL.

Anyway, the solution to your - and anyone else's - problems with AOHELL
follows.

1) Take the AOHELL CD

2) If you are old enough to drive, and have a licence, place it in the
middle of the drive and back over it several times.

3) If you are not old enough to drive - or don't have a licence - place
said CD in the microwave and cook on full power for a couple of minutes - it
really is fascinating, and most satisfying, to watch.

4) Place resulting mess in the rubbish

5) Pick up the phone, call AOHELL 'Customer Service' and tell them you
wish to cancel your account.

6) Ask people for recommendations for a proper ISP.

7) Call new ISP of choice and sign up.

There! Problem solved.

Unfortunately, removing AOHELL's trojanic 'software' will, most likely,
require a complete format and reinstall.

Samantha, tho i am not sure what causes the problem i do know that some
systems that are infected with spyware can have these problems ...
i suggest to download "adaware" and "spyboth search and destroy " ... these
programs (both freeware) can be downloaded at www.spywareinfo.com

if you have cleaned yer system run for example "spywareblaster" to immunize
further contamination...

tho not sure, give it a try .... wont hurt for sure
