Greeting,
I am using Windows XP tablet version and updated to service pack 2. I don't
know what happened to the IE that can not display Simplified Chinese
characters (GB2312 coded pages). The screen is just blank white. It worked
well before and now it can still display Big 5 coded pages without problem.
I checked the source code , looks like it's there and is ok. If I choose a
different encoding, for example, Western European, the page can be displayed
in wrong format. Can anybody give me some suggestions on how to fix the
problem? Thank you very much.
