Internet Explorer - Toolbar

Hi
When I click on Tools on the drop down menu, I havean
item 'your pc is infected with spyware. click here to
remove it' When I click on ths it take me to a website
selling some spyware removal.
How can I get rid of this from my toolbar

Do you make a Spam Remover program as well? I think it might prove most
