An extra button on my IE 6 tool bar

Hi,
Under (right click) the IE toolbar>customize, i have an extra item on the
right hand side of the popup window (it says 'Your pc isinfected with
Spyware, click here to fix the problem'). I don't seem to be able to get rid
of it. I want to get rid of it. But how?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
