Since any real info is lacking, such as Which Toolbar, OS, etc.......
Try ToolbarCop (freeware version 2.6)

As for the search engines... we don't have enough INFO.

Go to WinSite and download a program called Remove Toolbar Buddy.
It's free, and lists all the IE toolbars you have on your system. Just
remove whatever you don't want.
