Internet Explorer Tool Bars Inaccessible

My internet explorer windows contain only the title bar
and the web page. I cannot activate the menu bars and
tool bars (using right click function or accessing IE
properties, etc.)

This problem popped up about a week ago. Prior to that
everything was working properly.

If anyone can help me to resolve this problem please

Try the following and see if it helps:

Restore Toolbars in Internet Explorer and/or Windows® Explorer

Type this command in the RUN box, and press Enter:

Rundll32 Iedkcs32.dll,BrandCleanInstallStubs

The Windows Update menu text and it's corresponding URL is reset to factory
defaults

or.......

Toolbar Missing:

To restore your Toolbar, right click the mouse button on any open area of
the Toolbar. You should see a list of tool bars, click on Standard Buttons
and see if this restores your toolbar.

or........

Put the cursor where the toolbar should be. {Next to Tools Message
Help, etc}. Right click and then click on the word Toolbar.

or...............

Reset IE Toolbars

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.
