Internet Explorer SP 1 no installing

I try to install the SP, and I get the msg "the software
has not passed logo testing....and will not be
installed." I have followed what the knowledge base
tells me and deleted the appropriate hotfix kb
whatever..but I still get message and I can not install
sp 1, it would let me past that screen.


On a related issue, the reason im trying to do this is
because i cannot get flash to install on my computer..web
site gets and error.


Please Help, I beg of you, I beseech you, i cry and wail
for mercy!
