Internet Explorer problem

Since I reformatted my PC I get an error when online in
IE saying it is having a problem and must shut down. Also
asks that I sent report to microsoft which i have done a
hundred times. I make pages in html and when I am in
builder I can only be there a very few minutes before
that message pops up and I lose everything. Its extremely
frustrating. This also happens at different times when
serving the internet. How can I solve this problem?
Please help!

What is the exact error message?

With anti-virus disabled the entire time, go to Windows Update and install
Q818529 (at least). Reboot when instructed.
