Internet Explorer problem

Hi,

I am having a problem with IE. I can open IE and browse webpages without any
problem. However when I right click on the links and click "Open in New
Window" all I got is a blank IE window without anything loaded. The URL is
also left blank.
Does anyone has idea of what the problem might be? Thank you very much.

Saw this same problem when SP1 was installed on my pc for the second time
because of SMS. Use the resolution from Q306831 and it should clear up your
problem.

Have tried all 3 suggestions in the article. The issue was solved
temporarily with Regsvr32 urlmon.dll. However after reboot the problem
reappears and need to run it again.

Any idea? Thx.
