Internet Explorer, pge cant be displayed.

I thought that was my Browser.Does not let me use.I
ordered virus scan and it went to my email. I have paste
it to my browser and then download.I dont know how.and
whats my Browser? Thanks,please help!

Your post is not clear nor do you give enough specifics to get any sort
of useful answer. English is apparently not your first language, so
look for one of the Microsoft newsgroups in your native tongue.
Otherwise, you might consider calling a local computer repair person to
come and check out your machine and give you a bit of training.
