Internet Explorer opens minimized but no window.

I recently discovered when I click on IE6 it opens up on the taskbar but
doesn't come up on the screen. How can I get it to come back up again? I
tried uninstalling/reinstalling via Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs but
that didn't work. Is there a registry key fix?
