Internet Explorer "No Background"

I am running Win XP and IE 6. I can browse fine. But have
no background to the web pages.
All help appreciated. Anyone have any Ideas?

Tools, Internet Options, Accessibilty, then make sure all the boxexs are
unticked, especially 'Ignore colors specified on web pages'
