internet explorer locks up for 10 mins....

can some one tell me what is wrong with my internet, i
have all the up dates, i tryed to uninstall an reinstall.
itll lock up for about 10 mins and it says "not
responding" , and the active light is blinking like crazy.
it slows down the computer, but when i close the internet
explorer the computer is fine. can someone please help me?

Mine does the same thing,... but ive never waited the

10 min. so i dont know for how long, i posted too, but i
hope we both find an answer...
