Internet Explorer loads pages fine, but loads pop-ups slow

Internet Explorer will load the regular pages fine, but
when there is a pop-up on that site, it opens a new
window, and stays white for about 15 seconds, and then
finally loads the pop up. I also can not close the
window while it Does anyone know why this happens with
pop-ups? I just bought a new computer, so i know that my
computer is fast enough to handle it. I think it must
have to do something with internet explorer, because i
have high-speed broadband. Please help!

First remove all the parasites from your computer.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Second, Download and install this HOSTS file that will stop may unwanted
parasites.

The best way is to block the server from tracking you in the first place
Blocking Ads with a Hosts File and AdShield. Under the Security Tab download
the hosts.zip file.
