Internet explorer instead of MSN explorer

I don't know how to unistall MSN explorer. I don't want
to sign in every time wen I'm using the internet.so I
wan't to use Internet explorer intead... but it wont work
and if you click on the start button Internet hase been
deleted... PLEASE HELP ME!!!
