Internet explorer icon lost

My internet explorer icon on the desktop has dissapeared.
I have no problem in using internet explorer from
Microsoft Outlook. However I would like to get the icon up
on the desktop again.

on the desktop again.

Win98: In IE click Tools | Internet Options | Advanced and check the box to
Show Internet Explorer on the desktop.

WinXP: Right click a blank spot on the Desktop and choose | Properties |
Desktop | Customize Desktop.
