Internet Explorer Home Page

I want to change my home page for IE. Its at google right
now. If I goto Tools:Internet Options --> This operation
has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer.
See your system admistrator. The thing is, I am the
system adminstrator. I only have one account on the
computer. I can get to Internet Options through Control
Panel, but I cannot change the home page. It's grayed
out. Please Help.

This restriction can also be caused by spyware. Update your spyware program and
check your system on a regular basis.

If you are running Spybot already, open in Advanced Mode and check this:
Click on Immunize and uncheck the option "Lock IE control panel...." (Under
"Recommended miscellaneous protections" section)
Exit Spybot and restart IE
