Locked out of IE options....

Howdy All,
Would really appreciate a hand... Running Win Xp,
resently install ad-aware and Spy bot, When I am on the
web and I go to a site I cannot view java applets and When
I go to Tools and internet options in Explorer. It Tells
me " This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions
on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator. I am running as Admistrator.. So I need to
know where I can reset or make the change to fix this..

I've got the same problem. Downloaded IE6 again. Didn't
work. Went into REGEDIT as instructed, etc. Didn't
help. I want to change my "home page" but the *)@$&%
thing won't let me!
