Internet Explorer history has "stuck" entries

Internet Explorer's autocomplete address bar has several entries which are
stcuk. I cannot delete them and have tried everything I know. I tried the
clear history, clear forms (in auto complete), deleted all MRU lists in the
registry, and TypedURL's in the registry and STILL they show up. I have
deleted all the cookies and temp internet files. I am baffled. I have nothing
in any History folder (C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local
Settings\History). Any ideas where else to look???
 
Open IE, tools, options, Content Tab Clear, then turn off AutoComplete
Restart Windows, and turn it back on. You will lose all saved passwords.
