Internet Explorer hijacked by marsfind.com

A couple weeks ago we lost access to the web with the
Cannot find Server page. I have discussed with IP and
Dell to fix and they both have said that my browser has
been hijacked and that I must save all files and reload
Windows ME. Are there any suggestions?
