I cannot view any backgrounds at all in Internet
Explorer. How can I fix it where I can see the different
backgrounds on web pages?
 
Background Colors or Images Are Not Visible on Web Pages in Internet
Explorer
When you attempt to view a Web page that has a background color or
background image, the background is not displayed and a white background is
displayed instead.
