Internet Explorer Header Question

In the header of Internet Explorer, it says "Microsoft Internet Explorer
provided by Comcast." I no longer use Comcast and would like to remove the
"provided by Comcast" phrase from the header. How can I do that?

To remove Internet Explorer and Outlook Express branding, simply type the
following in the run box:

rundll32 iedkcs32.dll,BrandCleanInstallStubs
