hi, every time when i open internet explorer appear at
the main taskbar :microsoft internet explorer provide by
comcast and i dont really want that ,because rigth now im
using verizon high speed,please help me and show me how
to setup to verizon or at least just microsoft
provider .i tried trought control panel,but i cant take
out this provider and its icon (comcast). THANK YOU.

Danny,

Go to Start, Run, and type "gpedit.msc". Expand 'User Configuration', then
Internet Explorer Maintenance, and highlight Browser User Interface. Double
click 'Browser Title' on the right and uncheck the box and click OK. Close
the Group Policy Object Editor and open Internet Explorer to verify the
removal of the Comcast branding.
