Internet Explorer Gremlins????

When I try to access Inernet Options off the drop down
from Tools on IE6, I get a restriction message which
states ...

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

I "AM" the System Admin (or the only-user equivalent) and
using XP Prof. The system is also running Zone Alarm and
PC-Cillin if that may make a difference.
Any advice, tips or help will be much appreciated.

Thanks Ramesh for the link all is good on my puter now ,I can change homepage and now can access io from tools .
