internet explorer errors

Please help me this is driving me nuts. I get this error allt he time and
lose all my pages thta I was on or my e-mail that I was sending.Internet
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.

Hi,
Errors in "unknown" are frequently caused by malware- adware, spyware,
hijackers, etc.

It is also possible that a legitimate program, add-on, BHO, etc is causing
this. Start at IE> Tools> Manage add-ons. Try disabling add-ons to see if
one of them is the problem. If you disable third-party security programs
during the troubleshooting process, turn on the Windows Firewall before
disabling a third-party firewall.
