Internet Explorer Error

I have been recieving the following error message:

Internet Exploroer has encountered a problem and needs to
close

The following information is also listed:
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2600.0
ModName: me2.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.2
Pffset: 000028d0

After this message is displayed, explorer closes. I have
found many solutions to similar problems but not
regarding me2.dll. If anyone knows how to fix this
annoying error please let me know. Thanks.
