IE errors, closes

When I click on IE a message comes up saying IE has
encountered a problem and needs to close. I have clicked
the send a report but nothing seems to work!!! How do we
fix this!!!
The error signature is:

AppName: iexplore.exe
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106
Offset: 1.0.0.2
ModName: ME2.dll

Please help if you have a fix!

The fix... From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced uncheck "Enable
third party
browser extensions." That should allow IE to work.

Doxdesk says that these two programs will remove this.
Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
and/or
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items in red)
