Internet Explorer error - iexpore.exe - Application Error

"iexpore.exe - Application Error. The instruction
at "0x77fcc39e" referenced memory at "0x6c736572". The
memory could not be "written" Click OK to terminate
program"

I am using IE6 SP1 and have all of the security updates
done. I am not using Macafee but Trend as Antivirus.

This is happening when I am starting Internet Explorer.

Can anybody help.
