Internet Explorer Content Password

Recently I found my son on the Internet browsing certain,
shall we say sites. So I set up a password to restrict
these sites. Well now I need to add sites that can be
seen to this list but don't remember the password.

Is there a way to recover or delete the password file
similar to deleting the .PWL file under WIN98.
