IE won't ask to remember password on specific site anymore

My friend went to a site once and logged into the site. IE asked him if he
wanted Windows to remember his password. He said no. Now, he wants IE to
remember his password, but he doesn't know how to get that question to come
back. In other words, he wants the "Do you want Windows to remember this
password" question to reappear when he signs in to this site, so he can get
it to put his password back in the password field the next time he goes there.

He's gone into Internet Options, the Content tab, AutoComplete, and "Prompt
me to save passwords" is checked, so telling us to do that won't help. Is
there anything else that might work? -Carol
