Internet explorer connections greyed out

Hie everyone,

Here i'm using Internet Explorer ver 6.0-Sp1. The problem that i'm facing is
that the Internet explorer->Tools->Internet Options->Connections. Everthing
on the Tab page is greyed out. How do i enable it? Has anyone face this
problem before? Anyone out there have any solution for this problem. Thanks
