Internet Explorer Compatability Mode

Hello,

When I run Iexplorer a pop window shows this message

"This is being run in compatability mode and not all
features are enabled."

What is causing this error message and how to get rid of
this.

I am getting the same message! I too wish to get out of compatability
mode!!
