Internet Explorer Closing Error Message

Hi,

When closing an Explorer 7 session I often receive this message

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience".

I ignore it anyways, but wonder if this is a common fault? Can anything be
done to fix this issue?
