internet explorer cannot open the site....... operation aborted

this is coming up all the time when i access heaps of different sites.it
never use to.how do i fix

Hi Brad,
1=> Try to rename your HOSTS file to Hosts.old
Open a Run
Command and type this :
ipconfig /flushdns and click [OK]

Reboot and see if your Issue will resolve.

2=> Open IE Properties Window and Click On Advanced Tab scroll down under
Browsing:
[ ] Enable Third Party Browser extension (requi rs) uncheck this box

= Click on Programs Tab and go through your Add-Ons and Disable Non MS
and see if that will help, then you can renable them and see which one the
culprit if any.
= On the same Tab click Reset Web Settings click OK and Reboot your
machine.
Be sure your computer is clean from malwares and viruses and clear your
caches and delete your cookies.
