Internet Explorer and proxy settings

Hi everyone.

A few years ago at the last company I worked at someone sent me a registry
file which would change the proxy settings of IE.

At my new place of work I have a laptop and move between several offices and
also use it at home.
The problem is this. At one office I need a specific proxy. At another I
need to tick 'Automatically detect settings' and at home i need to UNtick
'Automatically detect settings'

It's a pain to keep having to open IE and change these myself. I was
wondering if anyone knows how to put together a couple of registry entries so
I can just click one when I'm using it at the relevant place?
