Internet Explorer 7

Since I renewed my subscription to Norton AntiVirus, I've had difficulty
loading up Microsoft's Internelt Explorer 7. I downloaded Norton AntiVirus
2008 on Feb. 27 and am wondering if it is possibly incompatible in some way
or my system needs upgading to meet its requirements. I have a Dell
Dimension 4100 Desktop computer with Windows XP - Home Edition, Service Pack
2 operating system, Pentium 111 processor at 930 MHZ, 20 GB Hard Drive and
256 MB of RAM. The file system is FAT 32.

Could you advise me how to correct this situation?

You can reset IE settings. But, it is better for you to backup your cookies
before doing that, it will delete the cookies.
