Internet Explorer 7 problem

When I click on a hyperlink, the new window comes up in reduced size. It's
quite annoying. How can I get the new windows to come up maximized? I am
using: Windows XP sp2 preinstalled on the computer and Intermet Explorer
7.0.5730.13 which I upgraded from IE6.

Grab the corners of the new window and drag it to full screen size. Do no
use Maximize. Close all other windows first and this one last. Windows will
remember the *last* screen size used the next time you open the program.
