why does my internet explorer freeze up and say that it has to immediately
shut down when i click on a link or a picture to enlarge it before the whole
website or page has loaded?

Seriously you need to provide a little more in the way of details. So far
it's like calling the Fire Department screaming, "OH GOD! Put it out!"

And hanging up.

I dont know. What happens if you let the entire page load first?
