Internet Explorer 6 SP1 Web access problems

I use Internet Explorer 6 SP1 on a Windows 98 operating
system. I am having trouble accessing a commercial
Website that requiresa "a Browser using HTTP/1.1 protocol".
I already have installed the latest updates so what must I
do now?

Earle,
Check the HTTP settings in Internet Options> Advanced. Try various
combinations of checked/unchecked.
