Internet Explorer 6.0

I have recently encountered a change to my Browser from a
company calling there selves isearch. Every time a fire
my explorer page up it has changed from my default page
to www.isearch.com. I have tried to uninstall this
programe but it seems to be embedded in my system and
although I have gone into regedit and deleted any
reference to isearch and Hotbar it still seems to keep
returning. Any suggestions other than thro the machine
out the wall. Have tried reinstalling explorer but that
did not work and tried deleting explorer and that did not
work either??????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
