internet explorer 6.0

I have internet explorer 6.0. When i go to access most of
the sites I go to I get great response. I have this one
site.... Allstar Stats..... that i go to for my fantasy
baseball. For some reason it always take a long time to
load or sometimes not at all and often when I do get in
it takes a long time to finish the page. Most of the time
it doesn't finish the page it has some outlines missing
or pictures. Anyway, I know sometimes sites are busy and
this could be the problem but I really feel it is
something else. I have no problems with any other sites
that I go to (that I notice). Is there something I can
do, a setting or something, to maybe make this easier to
access.

I have a pentium 4 2.8 gig processor with 512 meg of RAM
