Internet Explorer: 2 problems

1) Every time i open more than one Internet Explorer it freezes and says not responding

2) A few days ago i downlaoded MSN Messenger plus 3 and this web toolbar called
'LiveSupportBows' keeps appearing. I dont want it there

Why is all this happening to my system. Does it have anything to do with XP or that I downloaded PLUS 3, by the way i have alredy uninstalled PLUS 3 because i was told it has loads of spyware?
