Sorry if this is in the wrong place but Microsoft makes getting help really confusing. So to my question, My Internet was working properly so I uninstalled Internet Explorer 6.0, I then downloaded it again but when i went to the setup for it, I got this message:
"A previous installation has pending work requiring reboot. You need to restart your computer to omplete that installation before running Internet Explorer Setup. Setup will now close."
I think clicked "Ok" and restarted my computer, but when I went to setup again, the same message came, I've done this 4 or 5 times and uninstalled and reinstalled the program, also, when I try to open link I get on MSN Messenger, it won't open and I can't open anything unless I do it through the Internet Explorer icon(Although I thought I uninstalled the program, it is still there for me to use. Can anyone help me before i destroy my computer?
