Internet Explored "can not display page"

IE does not properly display or will not display at all when I am on the web.
It is also very touchy when on the web. If I move anything at all it goes
to the message "can not display this page". It is between difficult and
impossible to accomplish any task,

Do the usual: virus scan with updated definitions, www.trendmicro.com
and use the free virus check,Disk Cleanup. If these don't solve your
problem, then report your findings *in this thread*.

I update (Trend Micro Internet Security several times daily) I run it twice
daily.

I also use Ad-Aware and it checks for unusual activity.

I use Registry First Aid to keep the registry clean and clutter free.

Frankly I do not know what else to do.

Any suggestions?
