Internet Explore problems

I just bought a new computer with vista and have a broadband card, the first
couple of days i could click on the internet explorer button and get on the
internet. Now I click on the blue E and it does nothing I have tried several
different ways and nothing, finally when I restart my computer and it starts
shutting down all the internet explorer pages pop up and shut down, is anyone
else having this problem or have a solution it would greatly be appriciated
as i am getting really frustrated and ready to return the computer.

Hi,
Does this happen if you start IE without add-ons? Either right-click the IE
icon on the desktop or Start> Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet
Explorer (no add-ons.)
