We set our IE home page to one that we have compiled for our particular
business with a lot of established links to sites we go to frequently. All
of a sudden when we open IE we get an Active X pop up warning and we have to
manually allow popups each time we open IE. We have numerous other
workstations that this doesn't happen on. Does anyone know what security
settings need to be tweaked to stop this annoying warning?

The reason ActiveX warnings show on a set of machines and not on others is
because the 2 sets are not identically patched.
ActiveX controls can be exploited and become vectors for exploits.
