Internet disconnects

Sometimes my internet gets suddenly disconnected. But
when I shut down my computer and re-open my windows it
works normally. Cant understand why it happens and would
like to know if I can resolve this.

Intermittent problems are hard to identify.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the malware is.
